I have always had a strong desire to build-up and encourage others to live their lives in a full and happy way. Through working with non-profit organizations and churches I further fueled that passion and enhanced my skills working with battered and abused young women, small groups, teaching, preaching, and mentoring. As this love for people grew, I realized it was time to switch gears and further develop those helping skills, so I enrolled at Walden University and began to dive-in to the world of counseling.
I approach counseling in a cognitive and behavioral focused manner. Our thoughts, behaviors, and reactions, can be used as powerful tools to enhance our quality of life. Life is an incredible journey that can sometimes feel overwhelming. I want to work with you and come alongside you for the journey, developing healthy patterns that will empower you to live a rich and full life.

New Client Intake Forms:
Prior to your first counseling or coaching session, please print the following forms (Choose either Adult Forms or the Minor forms if the client is under 18 years old). Please fill out and bring them to your first session (to save time during your visit). If you are a couple coming for counseling, you will each need to fill out one of the Interview Form for Adults, these are the last 4 pages of the Adult forms
Other Optional Forms:
Please have the Release of Information Form ready if you have someone you will want the counselor to discuss your case with (doctor, teacher, other counselor, etc.).
Please click below for our HIPAA notice, you can either read it online or print a copy for your records if you would like. We do not need a copy.
