As women we often get lost among the many roles we fill. The constant push and pull of trying to be good wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, significant others, friends, and/or employees can leave you feeling depressed, anxious, lost, and lonely.

I love working with women to help them work through past and current trauma’s, and to see shame and guilt no longer be a part of their story and the way they live. My heart is to empower women through the use of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to live their lives more presently and more fully.
