Yes, we have counselors who are in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, CHP+, Tricare West, Triwest/VA, and Victim’s Compensation. Once you’ve met your deductible, you just pay your copay. If the provider is out of network, you can still use your insurance, but you will be responsible for submitting your own insurance claims with a super bill that the office team can provide.
Yes. If you are not using insurance, you may opt to use the sliding fee scale if you are making less than $140,000 per year. Our full-fee sessions cost $160 for a 50-minute session, for those making more than $140,000 per year for their household income. Household income can be verified with your W-2, 1040, or three pay stubs.
Yes. We see children as young as three years old. About 1/2 of our therapists see children and all of our counselors see teens. For children who need counseling, many therapists will utilize the playroom with various toys for the children to express themselves through play.
Absolutely! We respect the diversity of our clients and love working with people of all beliefs and backgrounds. We take our cues from the client and will incorporate faith, by request, but would never push our own beliefs on anyone.
We believe each client is different and therapy is not a one size fits all experience. No. If you and your counselor decide that medicine would be helpful for your mental health needs, your counselor can work with your prescribing doctor (family doctor, psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, etc.) to do coordination of care during that process, if a release of information is provided to your therapist.
Yes. With the current pandemic, many states are allowing us to utilize telehealth in ways we weren’t able to before. We can see clients, via a HIPAA compliant platform, with the completion of a Tele-Consent Form.
