Hannah Haedike-Swift
Hannah Haedike-Swift, LPCC
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, having recently completed my Master’s degree program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado! I have always had a passion for helping others and a strong desire to encourage others to live their lives in a fulfilling way. Through working at non-profit organizations and assisting youth and families within the foster care system, I have been further fueled to enhance my skills and abilities to work with, and guide, individuals navigating difficult seasons of their lives.
I understand how necessary it is to have someone by our side to walk through life’s toughest challenges. As a Christian, I recognize how defeating it can be to hear your problems would be solved if you had more faith in Jesus or prayed more. Our journey through this life is not meant to be walked alone, but alongside individuals who can help guide us to inner healing, and often that means seeing a counselor who can walk alongside you for a portion of that journey. It is my desire to walk alongside you during this season of change. I believe in a collaborative approach, integrating aspects of Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to take a wholistic approach in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors when working with clients of all ages.
My interests and experiences are with, but are not limited to:
- Mood Disorders (depression and anxiety)
- Interpersonal/Relationship Issues
- Boundary Setting
- Substance Use Disorders
- Grief/Loss
- Adolescents & Teens
- Trauma & Trauma Informed Care

Rachel Scheribel
Rachel Scheribel, MA, LPCC
Hello! Let me start by saying that if you are reading my bio, then that means you have taken the first brave step to deeper healing, freedom, and joy. How amazing! Each person’s story is filled with highs and lows that have shaped who they are, how they relate to others, and the decisions they make. No matter where one is on their journey, I think we all need to have a non-judgmental space to process our experiences and hurts in order to live out the abundant life Christ offers. It is my joy to be able to provide this space for you!
My passion is to help others by providing space for them to find healing and draw closer to the heart of Christ. This is what fueled my pursuit to become a counselor. My husband and I moved to Fort Collins in 2020 to start a new church here. From my experience helping lead a college ministry within my church for three years and now serving as a pastor’s wife, I understand the many challenges that people may be dealing with. I aim to get to the heart of what someone is dealing with, rather than offering quick “behavior modification” fixes. While my personal beliefs and training are based in the Christian faith, I welcome all clients regardless of beliefs and background.
Rachel has a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Crown College. Rachel’s warm, genuine, and non-judgemental personality allows her to connect with others on a deep level and create a space for people that feels safe. Rachel has the ability to put herself in her clients’ shoes and sit with them in their hurt, yet offer a hopeful approach for restoration and healing. Rachel’s treatment methods will be different for each client based on their unique story, history and needs. She is excited to be used by God in this way and would love the opportunity to walk alongside you through your journey!
